31/10/2011 | Market launch of PERI UP Rosett Flex (77870.4 KB)Set as a zip-File for download, consists of eight press photos and the press release in english language.
PERI UP Rosett Flex is a very flexible scaffold, the system has been developed to ensure maximum flexibility in its use. The UH ledgers of the system primarily have a static function. In addition, they serve in any position as support for the UDI decking. In combination with the grid system of 25 cm and 50 cm for all main scaffolding components, PERI UP Rosett Flex ensures optimal adaptation in every case.
The UDI decks are available with widths of 25 cm and 37.5 cm. In combination with the metric UH ledger lengths and the rosette spacings of the verticals, the system is extremely flexible in all three dimensions. Decking surfaces can be completely closed using system components. Even with obstacles, the maximum clear space is 12.5 cm.
The mounting direction of the decking can be changed within an individual bay of four load-bearing verticals at any point – also several times if required. The result are gap free working areas without any discontinuities – even with complicated building geometries.
The decks are perforated and are particularly suitable for use in those operations where slip resistance has the highest priority. Their load capacities have been length dependent optimised for Classes 3 to 4. The UDI deckings are self-securing and can be mounted at any position within the scaffold on standard UH ledgers.
Applications of PERI UP Rosett Flex
PERI UP Rosett Flex can be used for various applications, beginning from simple to complex shoring systems (shoring towers or 3D shoring structures), different working scaffolds (façade scaffolding or reinforcement scaffolding) up to complex industrial scaffolding. With some few additional system parts, accesses and stair towers can be built.

The main advantages of PERI UP Rosett Flex
- The UDI decks are available with widths of 25 cm and 37.5 cm. In combination with the metric UH ledger lengths and rosette spacings, the system is extremely flexible in all three dimensions.
- Decking surfaces can be completely closed using system components. Even with obstacles, the maximum clear space is 12.5 cm.
- The mounting direction of the decking can be changed within an individual bay of four load-bearing verticals at any point - also several times if required.
- The decks are perforated and are particularly suitable for use in those operations where slip resistance has the highest priority.
- As the structural function of the ledger is of primary importance, its shape has been optimised to suit this characteristic with low weight.
- The load capacities of the decks have been length dependent optimised for Classes 3 to 4.
