Universal shoring systems are required to effectively handle the wide range of tasks on construction sites
The PERI UP Rosett shear frame arrangement supplements the PERI UP Rosett shoring tower and has been specially developed for free-standing use in the construction of bridges. Individual towers are connected with one another to form a shear frame arrangement which, for the civil engineering sector, creates a very cost-effective combination of shoring towers and birdcage scaffolding.
The spacing between the shear frame arrangements along the longitudinal direction of a bridge is variable and allows optimal adjustment to suit the geometry as well as effectively handling the load effects of the superstructure. In addition, using the PERI UP Rosett shear frame arrangements allows large savings to be made on material requirements compared to conventional birdcage scaffold.
The calculation method for the PERI UP Rosett shear frame arrangement has been type tested. This makes complex system modelling for static proof no longer necessary.
Advantages
Lightweight individual components
Fast and safe assembly due to the low weight of the individual system components (UVR 200 Standard 10.1 kg, UBS Shoring Brace 150/150 6.1 kg)
Easy and quick erection
All system components are connected by means of wedge and push-fit connections.
High level of safety during assembly
All PERI UP system components are compatible. Thus, working platforms, access and guardrails are easy to realize.
Movable by crane
Assembled units can be moved in one crane lift using couplers and spindle safety straps.
