The snow world project
PD 8 = fast erection
The already existing part of the Marina Mall was finished 2001.
It covers a gross built area of 125 000 m² and a gross lettable area of
70 000 m² spread over 4 levels. The extension of the mall (Phase II) will include a 32 lane bowling alley and a 4000 m² indoor Alpine themed snow park with ski slopes, ice rink, snow tubing, climbing wall, and other related leisure attractions.
