The complex consists of an eight level commercial podium with 14.000 m² each, two basements, two 35-storey residential towers and one 35-storey office tower which adds up to a built up area of 280.000 m². Terna has 30 months to finish construction – therefore they chose to go for the PERI formwork systems to reach a 7 day floor cycle. By using the CB 240 climbing form and PERI table forms with the TK Head for the typical floors, this floor cycle can easily be achieved while keeping a safe working environment and being in need of less manpower.
