The project's main function is for residential but also commercial purpose. It is consisting of 2 structures. The Tower has 29 floors, 1 Mechanical Floor and 2 penthouses on the 31st and the 32nd floor. The Car Park structure is designed with the construction of basement, ground and 9 floors.
PERI’s Vario and CB240 crane assisted jump form system were selected for the project. The Vario formwork for the large area core walls (2300 sqm) required to be supported, aligned and moved into the next position without consuming too much crane time. The CB 240 system with its move-off device served the contractors requirement by allowing retraction and changing of the forms while still on the CB platforms.
