The Gate is the signature building of Dubai’s International Financial Center within a city development. Its iconic design was the subject of an international competition, which was awarded to US architect Gensler. Described as a massive processional archway, The Gate will be fifteen stories high comprising.

Described as a massive processional archway. This monumental building will be surrounded by the “The Gate Precinct”, comprising 4 low-rise office buildings. The Gate has been the first building to be completed in Dubai International Financial Centre with a height of 80 meters with 15 floors. 
The building consists of approx. 45,000 sq.m. of prime office space, ground level retail and a three-story sub-level car garage for 1,500 spaces.
